CONDITIONS OF HIRE
DRIVERS
Drivers must produce a current driving licence and be between 25 and 70
years of age (unless supplying own insurance) and have held a full driving
licence for two years.
* No charge for an additional driver
* All drivers must be named on rental agreement
* Some endorsements are acceptable at our discretion
CUSTOMERS OWN INSURANCE
If customers use their on insurance it must be fully comprehensive, loss
of use charges may be made if the vehicle is off the road due to accident
damages. These charges are the hirers responsibility.
FUEL
Hirers supply their own fuel, the fuel level reading is always above red
on the gauge - this level must be kept at all times.
TYRES, WINDSCREENS, AERIALS, HEADLAMPS, WHEELS & WHEELTRIMS
Damage to the above not forming any other damage to the vehicle is the responsibility
of the hirer.
HIRERS RESPONSIBILITY
Hirer is responsible for daily maintanence (oil & water levels, tyres
etc.) and any damage caused by the lack of oil & water will be charged
to the hirer.
Hirer should return the vehicle in a clean condition (especially interiors).
If returned excessively dirty a charge will be made.
NEW CUSTOMERS
When you hire from us for the first time you are required to fill in a
new customer form. We need to see a current full driving licence plus
two forms of identification with your name and address on (utility bills,
bank statement etc.). Once on our system you can book over the phone.
EXPRESS ENROLMENT
Our unique express enrolment system for frequent hire customers. Signing
a aster rental agreement enables us to get you and your staff on the
road with
minimum fuss, reducing paperwork.
FOREIGN USE
Our vehicles are only insured for mainland Britain. If you require
overseas use we need advance warning to supply Green Card insurance and
continental breakdown cover.
OVERSEAS VISITORS
Overseas visitors may use a valid driving licence from their own county.

With the ever increasing costs of operating a vehicle fleet our short
term rental contracts provide you and your company with the solutions.
Fixed costs, full maintenance, 24 hour breakdown cover and no disposal
problems, removing the heartache of running your own fleet and giving
you full tax advantages.
